Last weekend my Galloper (yes everyone loves the thoroughbreds) was racing and even though she's a six year old she was only having her 8th start.
She's and out and out stayer and even though she had already won a race last prep she opened up at the generous odds of 100/1.
I wasn't sure if I should of been offended or not but it was only her second start back and we decided to race her instead of trial her first up under an unsuitable distance and she pulled up blowing hard and quiet big.
When she opened up at 100/1 we were confident she could run a place or even pick up the win with some luck but long story short we backed her and she gets caught 3 wide the whole trip with no cover (the only horse to do so) and gets beat 1 1/4 lengths into fourth (spewing) so there goes any chance of crazy odds next start.
She will go upto 2000m next start and back to her own class.
(We all love the horses don't we lol)

Jesus Johnno I think you could have the next Melbourne Cup winner ....

You can always stuff two heads in a 44 Gallon Drum

remember two big heads are better than one small head ....
Great to see your thread is already on it's second page ..

Lol that's why its ALL ABOUT JOHNO ;)
I'll cover fishing, weather, food, shares, gold, dogs, horses, Kevin's big head, Stevens small roger, Darrens love affair with Bale dogs.
I'm even going to start Talking breeding with S O'Donnell.
We are going to be so so lucky.

The two shares Im top heavy with is FMS who I bought for a pittance and are now 0.077. Tor would remember my love affair with Rutila who was eventually bought out by TODD GROUP so I put all that money into FMS for a 400+% profit to this date because TODD GROUP then bought into them as well.
BRN is my next fav and I'm sitting comfortably at present and I expect bigger things from them in the future.
Happy trading.

Nothing ...Tony
That's the point ..

we have a forum full of other greyhound related topics to follow if unhappy ..lol

Johnno's is a wealth of experience and knowledge plus he is also the latest Gold Barron of WA

Johnno has a lot to talk about with many interests outside of dogs ..
We just love Johnno ...

I feel some maybe getting jealous...lol

It ok to feel this way and i guess if it annoys to many then they can start there own THREAD and talk about anything they want to talk about .....

Just Ask Johnno for a tip and see for yourself ...

I am very excited to see who Johnno has for his special speaker will be over the coming days and weeks ..

This is the Greatest thing to happen to data since everyone was banned who trolled and abused the rules ...
I see a few old names appearing here and there and isnt it great to see Tony G let so many people back onto Data ..

Top stuff Jack.
I've got a yearling in the wings and a mare in foal.
PS I also bought a Collision pup today.

I love racing and have good friends in all three codes and I don't look at things with the blinkers on and I don't want any of them to suffer.
I'll support the horses and the dogs but to pick one it's the dogs.
I don't think I'd buy or breed another trotter.

yes m8,the goofy looking bugger scored a blonde aussie while on holiday here,he's doing well, they got 3000ounces last season, while the hoffmans,u know todd,he did the same but this season he moved his team to Oregon,so far their struggling,& parkers old grandad finally died,97,good innings, all that gold kept him healthy.hope u have the same luck..
