It's just more silly nonsense thought up by igb to put you to more expense and hassle. I was advised to get one and I did just that and ever since i have never been asked to show it.

This is what happens when hughly paid men in suits need to justify their jobs and all expenses paid cars. This is not the UK.....racing here is mainly a family affair not military run kennels
