I believe a puppy must be at least 12 weeks old before being vaccinated against rabies. Does this mean that a puppy at 8 weeks of age can't travel between UK & Ireland or vice versa.

I would have thought so, the laws will still have to adhered to regardless of the age.
Official word came back from the EU.....seems this rule is nothing to do with them its between England and Ireland.....with a sprinkling of vet fees to add a bit of flavour
