Make sure you have someone with you Ken when you question them.

No I will be doing it on my own they were suppose to do their job but instead they did a job on me.We are responsible for what we do with actions but their case inactions so they will be accountable to me.I have stated before just give me shit boxes I dont care Ill just find faster dogs.Tony I cant be silenced because as Kevin says we dont get treated equally not even close and the RADB in their stupidity and their ineptitude to deal with things their own way inadvertantly gave me a consecutive sentence even though the first of 2 offences occurred in Victoria.I also realised the chief vet speaks GRV language and not the truth for fear of not having a job.Even criminals get concurrent sentences.I know it sounds like I am crooked on GRV but GRNSW are just as bad.

All the more reason to have someone with you.
Rest assured nothing will be "recorded" in you favour
against the PTB. Unless they allow you to record the conversation but I can't see that happening.

Thats why u get an iPhone u can do it without anyone knowing. The recording gave them positive solutions which are obviously ignored and dont for a minute think the people running the show are simply doing the governments bidding when u walk past stewards they cant acknowledge u because u know what the game really is.

Ken,

That's illegal mate.

Generally, it sounds to me as though we have a tiger by the tail. The more complex and more numerous the rules are the more participants need to have legal advice - before, during and after the event.

You would think the respective GOTBAs would sponsor such a move as that is the sort of thing prompting people join up just as they join trade unions (theoretically anyway) or professional associations.

I don't keep track of these things but I can recall several occasions in Qld where the appeal authority cut back the stewards' penalties on the ground that they were inconsistent with past decisions.

Remember that an appeal authority is there to remedy a poor interpretation of the law, not to fix the law itself.

A crook rule - eg cobalt etc - has to be attacked by fixing the rule itself. Police and the courts do not make up rules - they must apply the rules made in Parliament. So you have to go first to GRV or whoever, then to the Minister/Parliament. Forget RADB.

Thought I would reintroduce this topic as it is now on record that GRNSW has pleaded no contest in court over cobalt laws.As stated previously this issue has been the biggest myth in greyhound racing and now we are vindicated via the courts.A no contest now has its ramifications where people have been suspended wrongfully so anyone in this category needs to give it to the authorities legally.

Kenneth it will be very interesting to see what Actions are taken by the PTB .
As we all know Cobalt and Arsenic levels can and do fluctuate in the environment .Depending on many factors and if your dog eats dirt or runs around a dirt paddock in some areas you can have a naturally higher reading than most ..
The facts are no one is trying to cheat with Cobalt or Arsenic .

I know what action Ill be taking.Issues u brought up Kevin were part of the defence so now let the legal eagles deal with authorities.Bottom line is that they have no research so it was indeed a reaction to the horse cobalt issues. There might be a nervous vet down south now as well as they have also been exposed.

Good luck with whatever action you choose to take Ken.

I hope you have diarised what their decision ended up
costing you in lost earnings, reputation, and stress.
