Couldnt ask for a more dedicated bunch of lads in the committee! Hearts in the right places without doubt. Hope it all doesnt go back to the way it was!

Hopefully some thing changes Michael . For me trap draws is one . I raced my dog tullymurry ringo 4 times at drumbo and got trap 6 3 times . I've raced him elsewhere since and have never been above trap 4 . I dunno if just rotten luck but I dunno how they make the draws . But that's a small matter but I hope clicks endless work and the others working hard pays off first and it reopens . I had booked my dogs on for Derry on the Friday the news came out before I even knew drumbo was closed as I was pissed with the trap draws . Two in a final on same night and both in trap 6 ):

Dean I hear that one all the time, certain people seem to get the trap draw they need. It was such and such benefit night at track because of all the trap 1 s they had
Unless the people who do all the complaining actually stand up tell it how it is nothing will change.
The biggest problem in my honest opinion is people dont want to change. They want things to stay as they were, ideas and suggestions are not welcome as I get the impression that some people think theyre smarter than you.
Everyone knows that I have pushed for bags racing at the track a long time now, and was given so many excuses why they couldnt do it, but I know it was because the old racing manager and HIS team didnt want to work the extra day. Now if the track reopens I hear bags is an option they will look at.
The sooner a meeting is called and the club members can have a say and everyone can move forward the better

Michael, the bags meeting could be a good idea, the only problem I see, is that, there is a lot of greyhound folk, who only a couple of dogs and work at jobs as well, if for example, they secured a bags contract on a Tuesday morning, your boss, wouldn't take kindly, to you telling him, I won't be in tomorrow because I've a dog running at drumbo and it's the small owners, who have kept the sport going so long, I m o

CLICK Im not calling for a meeting! I deal with the good doggie men of drumbo every week and Im sick sprouting off the things they tell me. Im fed up being the scapegoat for suggestions and ideas mate.
CLICK I cant dictate who works anywhere only my own business as employment laws dictate that. Im not falling out with anyone but as I was told last week Im not welcome at the party so be it
Good luck to all concerned, hope it works out soon

Click I like yourself only ever keep one or two dogs at any one time and iv also been in dogs over 30 years. Surly that doesnt give you or I the right to tell lads that are breeding 50/60 pups a year and that maybe havent been in the game as long as we, that they shouldnt speak their mind bud. If Drumbo opens again trust me we will need these good lads. Again keep up your good work bud

LOOK LADS THE BOTTOM LINE IS WE ARE IN NO POSITION TO TRY AND DICTATE ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS AT DRUMBO IF WE CAN GET THE PLACE OPEN AGAIN, MICHAEL I KNOW YOU ARE IN CONTACT WITH LOTS OF MEMBERS THRU YOUR BUSINESS AND HEAR EVERY COMPLAINT PEOPLE HAVE BUT YOU PUTTING THERE COMPLAINTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS DANGEROUS, 07783833315 THERE'S MY NUMBER. ANYONE WHO HAS A COMPLAINT OR AN ISSUE WITH DRUMBO CAN CALL ME, MY BIGGEST ISSUE IS DRUMBO IS CLOSED AND MY MAIN AIM IS TO GET IT OPEN AGAIN, REMEMBER WE ARE MEMBERS OF DRUMBO TRACK SUPPORTERS CLUB AND THE REASON WE WERE SET UP WAS TO SUPPORT DRUMBO, WE HAVE SEEN THE GOOD WORK WE CAN DO BY WORKING TOGETHER,,I SEE ALL OUR MEMBERS AS EQUAL GEORDIE AND EVERYONE IN THE CLUB HAS A VOICE BUT MICHAEL SEEMS TO SPEAK FOR OTHERS, PEOPLE MAKING SNOWBALLS AND HIM THROWING THEM AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE,S THE VILLAN, ANY COMPLAINTS PEOPLE HAVE SHOUD BE REPORTED TO ME OR A MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE NOT MICHAEL.
CAN YOU IMAGINE A POTENTIAL INVESTER SITTING READIND THIS THREAD AND SOME OF THE STATEMENTS MADE,
WE ALL HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF GREYHOUND RACING FIRST AND FOREMOST AND WHILE I AM CHAIRMAN THATS WHAT OUR COMMITTEE WILL CONTINUE TO DO.
ALL I ASK IS I HAVE THE SUPPORT OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF OUR MEMBERS IN OUR QUEST TO GET THE HARE RUNNING AGAIN.
YOURS IN SPORT

Most likely rotten luck . But I still turned up with my dogs and filled the traps . Many inside seeds in wide boxes don't turn up . I'm not worried about that anyway just hope click and teams endless work pays off for the sake of northern racing
