Magic Wand

no doubt going on the fast time in the Arlington Million
notice on racing aus website how both Magic Wand and the 3rd placegetter Bandua were both ridden by the same jockey......must have been a really fast track for the jockey Wayne Lordan to finish on one then ride the other into 3rd place as well.

Your probably redundant now Simon? Does "Jack" have any of them on special at the moment?

I'd like to lodge a protest that Kruger shld have been scr at the barrier....clearly the vet was wrong with the vetting process in allowing the horse to run, as it was obvious the horse cldn't get out of its own way.

Cases like these shld be reviewed by The Fat Controller in such competitions for no other reason but for allowing fairness to contestants in the run.

A logical decision wld be for Kruger to be scr by The Convenor post race and any contestants tipping Kruger be given the TAB sub.

Protest siren sounding Mr Convenor(pmsl)

Week 7 Cox Plate

1st Lys Gracieux $2.50 + $1.60 + 5pts = 9.10pts
2nd Castelvecchio $2.70 + 3pts = 5.70pts
3rd Te Akau Shark $4.00 + 1pt = 5pts

Sub Lys Graciuex (Not required)

To you trainer Yoshito you shitin tooday, boy what a horse clearly the best looking a long legged rangy filly no wonder she was backed off the map next best looking the chestnut Te Akau Shark. No Japs next week VRC 3yo Derby and V'landy's Golden Eagle for 4yo's. Seems like it's not the only prize money is leaving the country to Japan as "Not the PAW" (USA) knows more about Australian Racing scene than us natives, he has a handy 8pt lead.

Stewards Room:
The following contestants are to present to stewards on various behavioural posts for week 7 following today's ladder standings. Ryan Vanderbilt, Huss Jordan, Plenty Moore and Simon the Likeable Milgate (2 charges)

Leader Board
1. "Not The" Paul Wheeler - 36.70 + 9.10 = 45.80
2. Brett "Bat" Margerison - 28.70 + 9.10 = 37.80
3. King Jack Ogilvie - 26.00 + 9.10 = 35.10
4. Simon "The Likeable" Milgate - 33.50
5. "Tiger" Tor Janes - 26.00 + 5.00 = 31.00
6. Jamie "Pastor Bool" Quinlivian - 20.90 + 5.70 = 26.60
7. Sandro "Sydney" Bechini - 20.40 + 5.70 = 26.10
8. Ryan "The Vanderbilts" - 25.90
8. Pete "Macwollie" Gurry - 20.90 + 5.00 = 25.90
10. Terry "Dr Huss" Jordan - 25.80
11. Malcolm Lean "Pickings" - 24.10
12. Pete "Quassie" Bell - 22.60
13. Ron "The Poet" Hunter - 15.80
14. Graham "Gerhard Shoether" - 12.80
15. The Convener's Sub - 2.00 + 9.10 = 11.10
16. Larry "Lazza" Valenti - 10.70
17. Doug "Mr Clever" Smart - 3.50
18. Simon "Plenty" Moore - 2.90
19. Matt "Not Tor" James - 2.00

Stewards Hearings:

Plenty Moore: Charge alleges he will make a late swoop in Cup week and be swabbed from coming from last to win. Well Plenty you'll be MOORE than swabbed my man you will be publicly stripped naked in front of the anti's at their next protest (either dog or horse) if your prediction comes true. Possibly Melb Cup Night Sandown Dogs they are always farking out at the entrances the bastids.

Simon the Likeable: 1st Charge telling us your selection today "Magic Wand" was a reference to what you have tucked inside your underpants. Please we may have kiddies reading this thread and we don't want some young girl dressing up as a fairy a waving an item (see Huss Jordan's stewards report) around she found in mum's bedside table. There's every chance your wand could back up in the Mackinnon Stakes on the last day of the VRC Carny and your banned from tipping it.

Simon the Likeable: 2nd Charge telling us all post race you should of got the 1st 4 today in the Cox plate when we all can only have one selection and yours came in 4th today, so sorry Likeable no points we only pay on first three. Just get ready to go to a money exchange and buy up some US dollars. Penalty eat, that farking Dorito's hat you had made up washed down with 2 cans of Boags draught now that will make you spew up.

Huss Jordan: Charge Defaming a sponsored G-Data's product. King Jack is not in the best of health and you have suggested that Simon the Likeable go to his Greyhound Performance Product's Online Shop and get a replacement magic wand in the form of a sex toy. I don't know where your coming from Huss but the laser's GPP sell look nothing like dildos but in fairness could provide genital stimulation. KJ to confirm this suggestion. Penalty, well you got it today sunshine by swapping selections from an International champion to a horse that has seen better days in Avilius for no points which enabled Macwollie and his Shark to go 10 cents in front of you on the ladder.

Vanderbilt: Charge Inventing his own set of rules against those stipulated by Racing in Australia. So you picked the wrong Jap nag, you went the one in the green cap and not the one in the red cap, diddums to you Vanders, no sub for you today as it was passed fit to run, what did you want another Chautauqua cracking the shits with racing (same female vet I might add) and ruin a horse for good. Even without it being scratched the market gave it little farking chance, better luck next week Vanders and please use the correct title of the race names, the AFL finished weeks ago thank you.

That's it for an eventful week 7 heaven help us in week 8 coming up. - The Convener

Get well soon Jack, obviously stepping down from the podium to 4th has cut deep but I'm in damage control about not collecting on the first four. A double loss some would say double ended and could be all downhill for me from here Trump could be assassinated in the next month and help the Aussie dollar rally?

So Mr. Hunter now wants the Convenor's job?
Dr. Huss will clean his tongue! and have it ready for you Ron.

BTW The current Convenor is making me work overtime, for just one extra point. (I'm getting RSI of the tongue)

I'm applying for a bonus point.

This is the first tipping competition I've ever been in, where I have gone 7 weeks without pulling the pin. (apart from the Lake Karrinyup Golf Club AFL tipping comp 2007, where there was a case of Corona for last place)

I think such determination should be rewarded.
Ta.
