Hi Guys, we are preparing birth to death statistics for the years 2014 to 2018.
It would be a big help if we could get the number of pups born from the UK, Ireland, Australia and the US to begin with.
Can you please post any information you have from the racing body in your country in this thread.
We need the information listed:
Year - Country - Number Born - and Where you got the information from.
Thanks for you help, hopefully the statistics will help rule out some of the numbers being used on social media by different group.

These stats are from the Greyhound Review which is published by the NGA and are the official stats for the U.S.
I should point out the flaw in our stats is we don't separate stillborn from pups born alive so these stats are for all pups whelped. We also don't count the natural attrition of pups born alive, but die before 3 months at tattoo.
These are the U.S. numbers.
