Hi guys I sincerely hope everyone is safe and well. What I have been reading is absolutely horrendous such devastation to the wildlife.

Hi Carol. Thank you for your well wishes.

Australia is a harsh place.
It is a county of droughts, floods and bushfires. Always has been. Always will be.
Just ten years ago we had black Saturday which claimed the life of almost 200 Australians.
In the 1980s we had ash Wednesday which claimed 80 lives.

The most tragic part of this is that some of these fires are deliberately lit. And that those responsible are not charged with terrorism.

The other tragedy of this is that there are agenda driven political maniacs, who use tragedy to push their cause, to blame it all on climate change.
They ought to be locked up in the asylum.

there is a local adelaide trainer Graham Smith who has lost everything in the adel hills fire ...amazingly he saved all his dogs but he has lost his sheds, kennels, straight track, boundary fences and house

woodside, lobethal and gumeracha took the full brunt of the fire as it raced through the vineyards and woody forests of the region

will let people know if there is a donation drive

Jamie - did a little research for you from the Australian Governments Bureau of Meteorology and if you copy & paste the link below into your browser you will see the average mean temperature anomaly for Australia from 1910 to 2018 for yourself.

http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/change/index.shtml#tabs=Tracker&tracker=timeseries

But maybe you don't believe in the weather forecasters either!

Don't worry Keirin, even farmers in Australia who vote conservative realise climate change is real. There are a handful in Australia who would argue the alternative on just about everything. Surprisingly, they even follow greyhounds.

So Peter the fires in Australia you are saying are caused by CLIMATE CHANGE ...your a Drongo if you believe that shit ...

The GREENS took away cattle from the High Country .

The Greens took away our water so that rivers could flood native forests ...

The Greens stopped clearing fire breaks in the bush ....

The GREENS stopped back burning ....

Now you 2 go out and tell all of the people who lost everything that climate change caused your house to burn down.....

Raymond,
I am truly shocked. The news in Ireland last week said that you guys hit an all-time Australian record for average temperature of 41 degrees and your man Kevin Wright talks about Sydney Harbour and Port Phillip Bay would be under water when Oz has been on fire for the last few weeks.

He goes on to defend that bumbling idiot of an American president who can hardly speak a coherent sentence and then has a pop at a 16 year old Swedish girl.

Probably supports that plonker of a PM who fcuked off to Hawaii while Oz was on fire. But dont blame assholes like your PM and Trump blame the terrorists!!!!!!!!

It is amazing how these illiterate knuckle draggers - no matter where in the world they are - always seem to have to end their conversation with;

FACT

Kevin - do yourself a favor - do a bit more reading and you will find that you don't have to end you conversations with the word fact in capital letters.

Have a Happy Christmas

You have no idea what has happened here in Aust but you blame climate change for the fires ..

I presented FACTS to you what you gave me was a made up Gov link that showed the temp has risen 1 degree but when the next cycle comes around you will say we are now going into a ice age again for the hundredth time in our Earths history ...

Kieran

You can stick your merry xmas shit up your ass ..

Do you know anyone effected by the fires Kieran....
Do you understand that fires happen in Australia in cycles as well but most of these fires where started deliberately..FACT.

Kevin,

What FACTS did you present - where is the links to the research that proves your FACTS.

I spent 20 minutes on Google and came up with a graph that showed that Australia has been heating up for the last 30 years - do you not think that has something to do with the fires that have been occurring over the last few weeks.

Kieran how many times do you think the World has heated up and then froze again
How many times has the Earth changed ..

You tell me to do some research i also say to you do the same because what you are saying is not supported at all but you give me one Government link telling us the temp has risen . ONE DEGREE in 100 years

If we are to believe you then these fires started because of climate change ...Thats so far from the truth its laughable ...

You cannot blame climate change for the fires in Australia and its so stupid to suggest this ...

But Kevin the scientists say 1 degree will cause catastrophic events like we saw in OZ and 2 degrees will be the end of us but Trump and the knuckle draggers call that fake news!!!!!!!

We are talking about nature and balance - every action has a reaction.
