Lost Vials at Vet Clinics

Hi to all
Has anyone else been informed about lost Vials at Vet Clinics .

I have been informed that i have one long lost vial in QLD for Kiowa Mon manny this Vial was lost many years ago.
GA informed me there should be more at other Vet clinics .

Has anyone else lost Vials at our Vets or have been informed recently that they have lost vials.

If anyone wants to use this Vial for a brood let me know.. QLD Breeders only .

Hi Robynne
I was told years ago that they could not find it so after a deep stock take of the tank they found it a few days ago ...
I guess it would of fallen off the cane and was sitting in the bottom of the tank ...
