Ebby Ripper broke the 700m track record at Bathurst today running 40.86
Congratulations Michael
All due respect to Ebby Ripper because she still had to run the time, but the Bathurst track was dangerously quick early in the meeting today.

And well done to Bathurst for putting on about 50 700's this year, giving a training ground for possible distance dogs

They can only put on as many 700s as they get nominations for, even yesterday was a 4 dog farse due to lack of noms. But yeah if you look at 50 fastest times for the year I have a dog that went around for about 650m missing the corners with a broken stopper on the list.

Ooops ! I thought they only entered the winners, but it appears all runners times are entered. So there were only 10 races over the distance (s0 far) in 2017

Pindari Express makes it 5 starts for 5 wins with another track record at Maitland this evening over the 450m (1st record was 1st start at Bulli 22.18), running a scintillating 24.59 taking 4/100's off "HONE INs" record that was achieved 3 months ago.
The track has returned in good order an had a part in what they were running. This dog CLICK HERE won it's maiden in 29.38 (never having had a look at the place). Has been trialing the house down running very quick times but until last night hadn't put it all together under race conditions.
