Minister Doyle made it clear that the recommendations put forward by his dept. would be implemented and must be adhered to, he has now changed his views since becoming Junior Minister and now he gives his full backing to the board.

I found on link. However when will these cases be heard ???????? Seems to me that the board take far too long with hearings. Surely they should be done ASAP to show that the Board are on the ball.

Take note the Sample was taken on the 6th April 2015.

What we would like to see now is the positive samples which have mysteriously gone astray, the puppy Derby should ring a few bells for some.

Caffeine, must be good stuff and its not the tea.
Owners name is different to that on the Analytical findings and no trainer down for this dog.

Dave
the whole Adverse Analytical Findings reports are riddled with errors or is it just misleading information. Last positive dated 2nd October Clonmel the report states dog as being owner trained but is on the igb web site as being trained by a cork trainer? Too many mistake for such an important report.

Whats peoples views on dogs with positive tests being carded on night of stars????
It's also disturbing to read on igb's "talking dogs" that the 2 individuals that fought out the personality of the year have positive tests against them this year !!!

With so many mistakes being made across the board and peoples names included its no wonder people continue to say the IGB are not fit for purpose.

They should all be carded alright red carded
There is one dog running for 1350 who has not yet won a race and they call him a star, what next, no room for any of the small owner trained in this line up, this is why they are all leaving the sport with this shocking carry on JMO.

You could try ringing pat Herbert he should be able to help you, you might also ask him what are the threshold levels for Morphine / Procaine, good luck.

If they are following UK rules its anything thats not naturally fed to a dog.

Some true facts you should all be aware off.

Our industry is in serious trouble in all sectors like it or lump it, financial, miss management, track maintenance, welfare issues and of course DRUGS, I am totally mystified as why certain greyhound people are now saying that while it was good to get the issue of drugs brought out into the open it is also going to be the end of greyhound racing as the drugs issue is becoming a pain in the ass for certain people and its time to forget about drugs and move on and save our industry, my god how can people come out with such nonsense, financial and welfare issues are one thing but when the IGB are allowing certain elements in this game do as they wish regarding the use of drugs and cover ups our sport is heading only one way and that's downwards, until such time the Ministers and politicians become aware that we are in a very bad place and that our industry is in the hands of totally incompetent individuals who do not know anything about running a straight business, instead of firing more tax payers money into the coffers of the IGB they should give them an ultimatum, either turn this industry around for the better and quick and prove to the ministers and stakeholders that things are going to change or start removing the IGB one by one and they should start at the top and work there way down this should help kick start big changes otherwise we can say goodbye to greyhound racing in Ireland, JMO.
