I think he needs to win races like tonight to be considered serious stud material.
I'm confident he can do the job tonight

Hes right in this up to his eyeballs. Very impressive run cant wait to see him next week should go very close.

Great training effort after such a long time on the sideline super impressive effort

I was thinking the same Corey, given his layoff etc you would think he was possibly short of a hard gallop and tonights run will do him good for the final. Top effort from both trainer and dog for mine!

Quickest middle split of the night too by my reckoning, good top speed.

Thanks all for the support. Just thrilled for the dog and ken. Both deserve it and fingers crossed for next week. Would be the biggest thrill.

Well done Andrew & Ken. Once the lids opened the race was over.
Just shows how good he is after his lay off to come back so well

Andrew

Its real great testament to the ability of Banjo Boy to fire the way he has after a lobg layoff through injury. Also combined with stud duties (Straws being drawn) the mind set of the boy on the lure is really a great attribute of the ability of your boy.

Good luck in the final

Hi Corey, I think 13 straws have now been allocated. I believe that 5 bitches have been implanted, including yours (Oamaru Lass) and Paul Matthews (Stanganui)due very soon. Another 7 straws have been bought and with owners including Bert Honery awaiting bitches coming on season. I believe of these 3 are being done this week or were done last week.

Today I was told that two city winning bitches from great families, Zoenahs Entity (Mogambo x Girl Aloud) and Paris Valentino (Where's Pedro x Casey's Angel) have both come on season and will be implanted as soon as they are ready.

Zoenahs Entity is particularly interesting given the depth of the family, success of Off Springer x Mogambo matings and now success of Girl Aloud x Vee Man Vane matings with a very good winner last night at Sheparton and reports of a very fast litter brother.

Pretty much all bitches are first time mums, bar yours of course. Very excited to hear of his first pups hitting the ground soon.

Can't wait.

Best Andrew
