He does Anthony. Like all Banjo Boy pups, although getting harder now, I have watched pretty much every one of his races. He has a lot of talent and like you I think there is a lot of upside to him. I love that turn of foot he showed after hitting the ground and his sectionals. Good luck to the owners and well done to the Northfields on breeding him.

Hi Andrew,

My First litter to BB is just hitting the track . ( BUXTON MISS)
3 have raced so far for 2 winners

Another won his PT and his having another PT this week at Bulli 472 mts. had to stop giving him finish on as he is metal on the lure which is great.

Both the dogs look like they should run 600 mts at least - hoping for further.

Well done on the success of BB at stud, impressive !!!

Hi Andrew,

I see you offer natural serves for Banjo Boy, I was curious as to how popular they are? He's going great congratulations.

Hi Simon yes we are offering them to breeders interested. They are pretty popular. A bitch just went home another arrives this week.

Id say 15 percent of services are naturals. Roughly.

We have had to knock a few back as we have had two already there and couldn't take a third natural at the same time.

We serve the bitch twice as part of the service as a rule. Thanks for asking.

I have one of those pups from brents litter. He won again tonight over the 515mtrs at the gardens and it takes him to 5-2-1. I can tell you James porter is doing a great job with my BB pup and he should step up past the 600mtr. Very happy with him to date and fingers crossed he can keep on improving. A big thanks to Brent for giving me a chance and james for the work he has put in.

Great stuff Brendon and James. It's a buzz winning and I hope he can give your more exciting moments.

I am pretty sure that there will be a lot more banjos making their mark in NSW soon.

I've got a litter of 3.5 month old pups Banjo Boy x Bella Mel & couldn't be more happier with them & so far the best litter I've bred yet (looks & confirmation wise) , I'm expecting at least a couple of stars in the litter as their dam line is enormous.

Hi Andrew,

There's a Banjo Boy dog tonite in R8 at Albion Park called Coronary Cloud that's an interesting runner in that he only went 30.32 in his heat and LAW (5.55 early which is approx 5.03 Sandown) last Monday and is sharing equal favouritism with 3 or 4 other runners in a pretty hot Gr5 final.

Normally I wldn't bother pointing this type of dog out as doesn't look exceptional on overall times over the 520m on race nights so far, however the consistent weight of money for him last week in a strong heat, suggests he may be a lot faster or at least have a lot more potential in store.

He may be one that just keeps on finding to keep an eye on.

Was great to see another young pup follow black tallons win last week and win the Vic bred series final today at Shepparton in 25.22.

Well done Michelle with your girl zoom out. She can run.

Awesome to watch that yesterday.
She'd win the Shep Cup with that run.
