Well done Michelle with burnout. Must have been a thrill to go so close in the laurels final now a winner in the heats of the silver chief in 30.06. Super effort. Fingers crossed he gets through another week.

Agree Mick he looks like a nice pup in the making. It is an interesting line and it seems to work really well with him. The tifia's are just starting and I hear more is to come. the tifi for me's look promising and I have only yesterday heard of two exceptional breakins (dog and a bitch) from another bitch in the line that was mated to Banjo Boy. Looks very promising.

Hi Andrew

I can confirm your reports are correct .... Not sure how you find out so fast, but I know the litter well and its from the TIFI line ( Thanks Mick ) and I dare say I haven't heard of too many as quick at all at this major breaking track go round.

Feel free to call me regarding this. They are not my pups so I don't want to say anything I shouldn't on here.

Its very interesting to see this line click so well with Banjo Boy , Can someone break it down as to why it seems to work? Ryan ??

I'd love to see Double Twist go to him as I'm in a nice dog out of her .

Cheers and HAPPY NEW YEAR, it might be the break out year BANJO BOY deserves .

got a thrill over the last week watching some smart young ones running.

Gus Weekes maiden win at shep in 22.06 was Very impressive. Zoom out breaking 25 at Warrnambool. Gascoigne winning the Nowra maiden and I have heard of some more that are very close running real quick times.

Love watching fast dogs.

Was brilliant to see. Very exciting to have him in the new sensation and running the BON. Box draw will be crucial for the final. A lot running similar first sections.

Thommo didn't serve many bitches in 2016, 30 ish across Aust and NZ from memory, so it won't be a rush based on numbers alone.

But there is a fair bit of potential from those that have started racing.

Zoom out, Burnout, Gascoigne, Banjo tifia, Blocker Tifia, Black talon, Holy's Affar, Saltbush Bill, Serene Machine, Winlock Banking, Winlock Intent, Kabo's Winlock, Powerful pat, Full Loop, Pangee Street, Winlock Silver, Beijing Fling to name a few.

Looks promising and all capable of running time - some have already made group finals.

He served the most in a year (66) and some of his best bitches in 2017 so I expect that the back end of this year and next year to be very exciting.

Already some good breaking reports......and they generally seem to be keen chasers as a rule. I know my 9 going in the next two months from 4 different bitches will not having any issue chasing.

Best to all and good to those with his pups.

Thanks

Nice Bernard I just did this. B.B. x short blond hair. Really love the el grand Senor cross.

I have heard some good reports from litters breaking in with el grand Senor in them as well.

Very excited about the next two 12 to 18 months with 120 litters coming after a very slow 2016 when he only served 28 bitches. Hence the slower period with younger ones coming through.

Chat soon.

Do you think Banjo Boy could throw 600m - 700m dogs ?

brueghelino, alezan are two that immediately come to mind that have won over the trip, and there have been some that have had a crack at the trip, which is an indication that he may well throw longer distance types.

Yes that is right Ryan and there are a few others as well. He had a lot of short course Bitches in his first 50 litters.

If he gets some good 500m types I see no reason why not.

Banjo king we thought was a strong chance of getting 600m but injury got him.
