Djays Octanes son Chasmos Diesel won his maiden at Southland (Aug 24th) by 12 lens in 31.59, which was the fastest time of the night and not far outside the fastest time of the year of 31.49. He made it 2 from 2 by winning his Grade D (Aug 30th) by 15 lens in 31.96, which was also the fastest of the night. The next best time was by Flying Riot in a Grade A at 32.26.

No worries Kev .. thanks

Probably not Craig .. we're focusing most of our attention on fully outcrossed dogs

You have a great list of sires on your books now, Geoff.

In coming months.

Hi Geoff,

The list of sires you have are in my opinion the very best of what's available from the US, and I can't wait to put a couple of our broodies to them - particularly KC and All & Djays Octane, but Bella Infrared I feel is a superstar sire in the making.

Interesting to see that Australia's largest kennel is using these sires, and I think that speaks volumes.

Good luck with them Geoff.

Garrick ... I spoke to Steve Clark about this yesterday ... to get imported FS via/from Oz to NZ requires preparatory bloodwork to be done in the country of origin. Can be done but gets a bit awkward as would need a firm commitment beforehand ... ??
