Wagtail Kate wins again over the 405m at Mandurah running a very slick 22:43 with a first section of 6:48. That is flying. Brings her to 7 wins from 11 starts.

Looks like the people who sacked the early Whackers because they broke in to slow could of been shooting themselfs in the foot because they do improve with age and they will just keep finding run after run .....
The WHACKERS ARE COMING in 2016 ...... I like the way Burky's girl is bred and if you have a little bretlee daughter or even a spiral nikita dam line then these girls are already proving a very nice Breeding parallel.. l
Just take a look at the Whackers bloodline........ CLICK HERE Then take a look at Wagtail Kates and Natilles bloodline ...
CLICK HERE You can see why this damline has worked so well with the whackers and on bloodlines alone Paddy Whacker offers so much more for the future dam lines...
As they say it's in the BLOOD ...

Well done Burky and the Family must be buzzing with excitement.... EXTERNAL LINK
Wagtail Kate sizzles over 490m
John Iwanyk trained speedster Wagtail Kate made full use of box one when an all the way winner in tonights TABtouch Multi Formula Mixed 4/5. The daughter of Paddy Whacker exploded out of the boxes before leading throughout in a swift 27.41. Kennel mate Trickster Lumik chased her home (beaten 3 lengths) and finished second in close to a new personal best time. Juicylicious at his 490m debut ran a solid third for Graeme Hall and is sure to benefit greatly from the hitout. Wagtail Kate created a strong impression early in her career over 405m but after tonights performance now looks ready for a tilt at City Class racing over 520m at Cannington. She is raced by Norm Burke and now has 8 career victories from just 15 starts.

I agree with you Mark and I think you will get the best Value breeding to any OutCross Sire if you follow some kind of theme complement an already great line with some of the same outcrossed blood .
This is where i feel Paddy will do his best work as a sire ....
Introduce some US and Irish bloodlines to Paddy"s bloodline and he will throw you a good one and the his little Niche as you call it maybe could be a great to use over all of these Half US Aust broods in the future .
I just would love to see Paddy get %5 of the Quality of Broods the big boys get and when you have sires going to stud or are at stud with Full books every Month from day dot then you understand the Huge Mountains we have to climb and any person who has a Stud dog has a huge battle ahead .
I sit back like most of us do and look at the Quality of Stud dogs we have and who have failed to attract just a dozen Bitches so I have to say we have a chance and the next 6 to 12 months will tell it's own tail ...
