Been a good week for girl aloud. Robbie's entity winning first up after a break at Cannington in best of night over the 275. Then today at angle park I see Molly's entity has shifted south Aus and got up in heats of the Sa launching pad series. Then the following race Alice's entity ran 2nd. Puts both the girls into the final. Winner receives free ticked to compete in the Vic launching pad. Now for Lena to win tonight would top it off. Mick have u worked out how many wins for girl aloud pups now?

hi sam,, early days but id say some will have to be sold ,, not an easy task in todays climate ,, and an unproven bitch ,,

but to a good sire , im quite happy to back her , as she was the fastest girl aloud bitch around the meadows ,,aout a head faster than marley girl lol

marleys first litter go to the breakers on monday ,, they are the best pups to ever leave our property to go to breakers ,,

dont mean much at this stage , lol

Hopefully they can go on with it at the breakers and do the mum proud.

If you are looking at selling any of lola's pups down the track let me know, will be happy to take 1 off your hands.

Also next Thursday at Angle Park, 2 of Fabregas x Girl Aloud sisters have made the final. Alice in box 2, Molly box 5. Hoping Alice can keep jumping like she has and fight out the finish.

SAM, i bought one a few years ago thinking i might use it on one of our bitches , but i no longer like the idea , so wont use it ,,

you could look at something like this while there is still some vials around , but what ever you do dont take any notice of me lolll
CLICK HERE

I did like the headbound cross, however im not sure 5-6k for a vial and whether he is commercial enough to make it worthwhile for us to make money from it.

He had the best cross ive seen with our bitch so far. Collision also looked good.

SAM if you are going to be breeding greyhounds with the view to making money ,, i think you need a career shift ASAP lol

Lucky it isn't my day job then!

SAM i had another look this is also a nice option

Thanks Michael. I am rapt! And here I was slightly nervous before the race. Very happy and Tony was also! Will be here tomorrow at sandown to trial so can get an idea if she is a chance to progress through the heats.

Also didnt mind the ver man vane breeding. Any idea why only half the litter was named for the girl aloud mating? Injury or not good enough? But one for me to toss up for Alices future

unfortunately SAM when you have large litters , you have to sell some ,, the rearing . breakin, pretraining , etc is out of our control ,, all you can do is look at who owns the ones that have done well

thats why we dont like having any more the 4/5 pups that way we keep them all and if they fail then we know they have been given every chance ,,

but with two litters and 23 pups recently we have to sell some ,

good luck with alice in melb if she can run 29.65/70 she will be in with a chance ,,

last time i looked at fasttrack there was 6/7 dogs still in our name that we sold over the years ,

in fact there is also 2 pups we sold 3 months ago still in our name

i guess one day i should get off my butt ring grv and have everything updated ,

i should also state GLEN plenty we have reared have been no good as racers, and have gone to gap , and at this stage there is one bitch on the waiting list , goes next month ,

Very important to inject the chase these days.

Banjo Boy definitely seems that kind of sire & has had success with your line Mick.

Maybe a good match for the future for those Mogambo bitches.
