Mick i think DDO may now be third on the Metro Sires Rankings !!!! I just sent a Bitch to him and another next week, he's underrated imo !!!
Mark , he matches up well with our line , and im doing a bit of research on his races , and offspring at present , im assuming the natural is an AI , this looks ok for later on as well , CLICK HERE
We have 2 pups by him from another mum, but his personality traits are a big throw off. My 2 aren't horrible but aren't great either. Let's just hope they can run
hi sam, whats the mothers name , so we can have a look at both sides of the coin ? what are they doing , barking , fighting, timid , what are their traits ?
Mothers name was 'farce allen'. Was a post up recently on facebook with everyone complaining about their personalities. Mum was perfect in kennels and never barks. Her pups bark, not excessively but definitely wouldn't be compatible with a trainer in a residential area.
They chase now but have had plenty say they've got nonnies from him. Im a big believer in most traits come from the bitch but theres a recurring theme with DDO it seems

Think we have decided on this -
CLICK HERE Did some more research on the Spiral Nikita double and seems to be a fair few people using it and not shy of it which i thought a few where which was scaring us off a little.
Cross seems good and he's proven already with some nice handy pups hitting the track.
His half sister also went to Fabregas and threw Fabregal so the lines have clicked together before.

Sam
It definitely works with some sires e.g. College Causeway (via a sister), Dyna Double One, Milledean Panther, Oaks Road and Magic Sprite
Doesn't seem to have the same success with Cosmic Rumble though
However, most of the time the success seems to be 3x4 or 4x4, haven't seen too many try 3x3, its not to say that 3x3 wont work, I guess if no one tries it, we will never know

Yeh i haven't seen a stack of it but it did click well with Magic sprite and his offspring.
I wonder why it throws people off? he was a bit before my time so don't really know what traits he throws. from what i read it was strength?

3x3 was common practice when Temlee and Waverly Supreme dominated !!!!!

Sam, I noticed the best of this damline of late has clicked to sires that have extreme intensity within their own pedigree for whatever reason.
Evie's & Zara's Entity CLICK HERE their sire carries full blood relations Osti's Magic in Mogambo's dam Zarbo's ped and Miss Dusty Lee directly attached to the sires sireline - I believe positioning is important as is the 100% niche being thru different individuals.
Cut Loose Max CLICK HERE thru his grandsire Where's Pedro CLICK HERE dam Elusive Rebel carries Osti Lee and Dusty Rqpid thru different individuals who is the dam and sire of Miss Dusty Lee attached directly to the sires sireline. Once again I believe positioning is important as is the 100% niche being thru different individuals.
The danger with introducing these 100% intensities is that if they are too close to the front of the pedigree they can give up less than 500m types. Ideally 3/4 gens up the sireline seems preferable.
Alex's Entity CLICK HERE this time not at a 100% intensity like the two above but thru his sires dam Blue Girl Vane and great grandsires dam Centrefire (illustrated thru her brother Pure Talent) CLICK HERE creates a 88% niche between Blue Girl Vane thru different individuals, and Centrefire who once again is attached directly to the sires sireline.
Just something I've noticed about the line. Cheers.

Interesting Ryan ! i will be doing this shortly its not perfect as i would prefer a sex balanced cross of Go Wild Teddy but i like the way 2 key Broods are incorporated in the mix !!!
So Ryan who would you recommend as a potential stud dog to use on a bitch i have out of the line
Alarming Betty ( My Bro fabio X Alarm Bells)
As im looking at breeding with her once she is finished racing.

Guys, when I look at a pedigree I like to spend 3 to 4 hrs going thru the damline trying to work out what makes it tick and individuals within that line can be different and all need to be investigated first before sires are even considered.
What I've written about with Sam's damline is just the start of that process which can be expensive and time consuming.
I've spent 18 hrs on a pedigree before & I've really got no control of time or what sire(s) come up, which is later in that process.
I have also spent some time on this line in the 'trends in breeding' topic you may want to put it into the smaller search engine on the forum topics page and have a read and see if those theories suit your bitches.
Pls understand I cant give opinions on individual peds in such a short period of time. That sort of thing doesn't really do anybody much good. Cheers.
Mark to fit somewhat into what I'm talking about here, you need to recreate extremely high intensity that is either on or directly attached to a sire's sireline thru different individuals. That's not to say your mating wont work for another valid reason.
For example with your line I wld like see Light of Fire within 5 gens appearing in the dam's ped(which you don't have), because Princess Bale carries individuals that can recreate LOF at 94% CLICK HERE (refer blood quota table to cover princess diro as well). If you add GWT in that mix thats creating Barcia Bale again thru different individuals at an extremely high intensity. It cld just be what made this girl CLICK HERE what she is today.
Vista Bale may do a similar job as may any other dog in the dam's ped, you'll just have to chk it out and see. Cheers.

A much simpler process would be to look at what your Brood is lacking and put her to a sire that produces what your bitch is missing !!!!! My Bitch lacks size and strength Dyna Double One gives both of these traits to his offspring !!!

The 28.1% Brett Lee looks good.

Always appreciate a different opinion and way of looking at things! Thanks Ryan. So many different ways to look at a pedigree, so many possible ways it could go!
Hoping worm burner can add some saturation to the pedigree as well as some chase and produce some quick pups

Looking forward to starting the breaking in of this lot. Doing a few myself and sending a couple off to a breaker. All long leggy types and fantastic in the kennels / yards. Rich.

What an absolute flying run by Ashleys entity first run back after injury. A flying run over 460m in sizzling splits. Looks another very promising dog from a very handy litter.Congrats mick, Maureen and team Greenough.
