Good luck with Kinloch Brae. I was with Bert and Stagger as MBF was bred on similiar lines also. I also liked Jamie's choice but Barrie may of hit the nail on the head with MBF. With all due respect to David Brasch as he is the breeding guru in greyhounds, it would be interesting to know his stats for matings recommended over the years. I guess their pretty good as many still ask,his advice but if your listening David and want to share your stats it would be interesting. I'm sure you would keep an eye on the ones you've recommended and have a history of your results. Cheers

Hi Michael,

I know you aren't having a shot at Dave just asking a question but it is an opportunity to share a story with you.

I had a mate with a smart bitch who wanted advise on a sire. We contacted Dave and I will never forget his quote.

He said I would go to Premier Fantasy, then second choice Premier Fantasy then I would go to Premier Fantasy again, then you might consider Fear Zafonic.

At the time the owner of the bitch wanted to go to Collision.

The resultant 4 pup mating produced Flash Reality by Premier Fantasy.

The owner of the bitch then recommended a poorly performed litter sister go to Fear Zafonic. She produced a very smart middle distance dog called Kidatee Dan which still races today.

The owner of the original bitch then sent another well performed litter sister to Collision and the resultant litter were scrappers by comparison.

Like I say this is not thorough evidence but because of David's recommendation we had the time of our life with Flash Reality.

My thoughts and I know they are worth nothing as I am hopeless with breeding but any nick which has been proven consistently has to improve your chances in a lottery which is very difficult to win.

Cheers,
Brad.

Congrats: Daddy Anderson! Watched the other 2 today (2/I/c Norm & Foreman Patto) giggling like school girls. Ha
Both said you need to ditch your shitty work vehicle, and buy a Merc/Sprinter to transport your now Valuable babies around in.
Will keep my ears & eyes open for you! Terry

Yeah i dont think ill be fitting 11 pups on the passengers seat of the falcon ute like i used to do with the the ole racedogs two minute and you aye lol. Bloody norm he was the one of us who always talks about 'getting out of bloody dogs' always within a week hes brought a new one.
Thanks JQ alot of fun ahead and meals to be made but hopefully with the class of dog around now even i might win a race with one of them lol.
Thankyou mr geraghty yes half a dozen races and a big litter will cost a few quid thats for sure.
