I had to get a police clearance to get a taxi licence 2 years ago.
I had to get a police clearance to work on site at the Perth airport 8 years ago.
Both times I paid for them.
Whats wrong with the greyhound industry dragging itself into the 21st century like every other industry in this country.

Quinny: Taxi Licence...Yes, your Transporting Kids, Disabled Passengers, Dealing in cash. Someone who needs to be Trustworthy!
Perth Airport: High security complex...Maybe not 8 years ago, certainly now...Yes
Dog Trainers Licence?...Don't need a check for a Standard Driving licence!
Who and How? are they going to ascertain who gets a licence with a police record. DUI..? Burglary..? Arson..? Drunk & Disorderly..?
Speeding in a school zone?..Mobile phones.? Breaking an AVO.? Shoplifting.? Rape..? Just another way to appease the Anti's and added Cost the participants. (Yes we had to have one in NSW) don't make it right.

How would one find the time to train dogs with such an eventful lifestyle Terry?

To true Hayden, and I only mentioned the HONEST one's!
Peter VLandys pointed out to the Baird Govt, that we are a disorganised mob of Hobbyist's compared to the Professional ranks of Horse trainers. And treated accordingly.

from at that meeting

Unbelievable.
Any vet will tell you that one C5 injection is enough for a dogs lifetime.
