i hear rumours that a breeders bonus scheme is about to be launched
in vic , unlike the gbois scheme which we contributed to , this will be paid to breeders,

they are hoping this will encourage people to breed , thus build up the dwindling numbers , one would think that when implimented could only help ,

At least 1 State is on the ball & looking at their Stats.

NSW & QLD aren't fair dinkum & will be forking out $$$ if the're not careful soon due to contact agreements.

SA (& possibly QLD) will be up sh1tcreek soon due to low greyhound numbers...come this time next year.

I hope their listening.

Steve, I beleive SA was the only state not to drop their breeding incentive & still offers it to the locals unfortunately it has not helped their numbers though.

Any Group, Authority put their hand up yet? (WE STUFFED UP) Re: Breeding.
Steve I believe GRNSW are contracted to around 500 meetings annually. But supply around 800. Supply not a worry for them yet!

Well done Mick.

John...It's all part of the plan to "Round-Up" the industry into one corner of Australia, where the industry can be regulated with ease, compared to now where it's all over the place.
WHY do you think all tracks in that State have be bulldozed & replaced?

It won't happen overnight but it will eventually happen.
