His brother Red Oscar also won his maiden at Richmond yesterday up the straight in 17.88 which is very respectable for a maiden pup

Not to be outdone, litter brother FROG STOMP, yesterday appreciated the step up to 515m and charged away with a 5th grade at The Gardens to record a flying BOD 29.33 win

Frog Could Be Neville's Best Yet

Hunter Valley trainer Neville Broadbent rates his 2003 Singleton Oaks winner Lady Viera the best he has trained in his 25 years in the sport but believes Frog Stomp, who clocked fastest time of the meeting at Ladbrokes Gardens on Friday, could surpass her.

Frog Stomp took his record to three wins and two placings from five starts when he overcame a slow getaway to win over 515m in a slick 29.47.

He ran home in approx 11.71 suggesting middle distance wins aren't beyond him

It was a real good win mate, he ran down a dog that really served it up to Go Bears last week at the Gardens. So a great chasing effort by Frog Stomp, with a very fast run home. Explains why Fury got run down! Hes a very nice dog!

He will need luck against the best dogs over 500, but once he hits 600, watch out!
Massive future ahead.

Anyone interested in those pups, Zinzan Brooke's sister Back To Business has produced a prolific winner called Dark Fate to Premier Fantasy

As you can see the dam of the pups are by Prince Diablo who was by Premier Fantasy and the dam has a bitch by Bond in the dam line as well

Prince Diablo himself was from the Thai Again damline

ZB's son Zinzan Chopper won a city race over 595m at Sandown last night also is out of a bitch that contains Bond in the damline so there could be something in the cross with Thai Again & the proven nicks with those 2 sires

Others in that litter include Frog Stomp and Red Oscar

Look at Frog Stomps dam. Which sire did better commercial El Grand Senor (with how many matings) or Zinzan Brooke?

Every sire can sire fast dogs. Zinzan Brooke another sire being overlooked - why???

Simply put Zinzan Brooke was never the flavour of the month. There's sires with 4x the stud fee, 10x the services and 1/2 the ability, but they were hyped as racers and marketed like crazy once at stud so they got the attention

I'm not picking on any other sire because every sire deserves their opportunity, but Zinzan Brooke has definitely been underappreciated for a multiple group winner with a 70%+ win strike rate
