I too am a breeder.......and Casey has basically said there will be something implemented to assist breeders soon to address the shortfall in breeding numbers at present. So that is a step in the right direction.

But as far as confidence in the industry goes.............build that new track this term......that will give us confidence.

If there's no new track under construction within the next 2 years.....there never will be.

New track = confidence in the industry.
