I agree Brian I wonder if lifting some of the strict regulations with brood bitches would be a better place to start and then bring in the breeding schemes soon after ,I would have thought that would go a long way to boost confidence in the industry JMO Cheers

I too am a breeder.......and Casey has basically said there will be something implemented to assist breeders soon to address the shortfall in breeding numbers at present. So that is a step in the right direction. But as far as confidence in the industry goes.............build that new track this term......that will give us confidence. If there's no new track under construction within the next 2 years.....there never will be. New track = confidence in the industry.
