Im spending a month traveling around the north part of NSW and up the QLD coast looking for a good place to buy.
We have been taking into account the town, schools, fishing and water sports, the people, the country for cattle, property prices and the ability to breed and race dogs.
We flew into Bris and have been as low as Dorrigo and now we are back up in the Northern rivers area and a few places a rough and some have ticked half the boxes and others are looking good.
So far its been worth the trip and the QLD bonus scheme is another tick.

If you like HILLS, a track that floods every 2nd year (nothing personally). Another track that's a complete circle in the area (not my cuppa-tea). Did I mention HILLS. There's also plenty of steep hills too.

When its raining and the track is getting flooded the grass is also growing and the cattle are getting fat and you can see it all from the house on the hill.
You can race in the city or Casino and do this all from a place you have in the hills, did I mention the hills?

You already live in the best state ;)
For Fishing anyways.

Holiday house and nice boat in Shark Bay, and buy a farm in the South West for the cows and dogs.

Steve you missed the SNAKES, Mozzies, 40c Plus Heat, Flies, Floods, Drought, More SNAKES, and you'll need full time buggers on Mowers.
Ah that should work!

Ring any council down south and mention the word greyhound property, you can hear them choke down the end of the phone. But the south west is still possible and we were in Shark bay a few weeks ago and its good for a holiday but thats about it.

I knew you'd choke Terry once you heard the news, so I thought I'd put up some road-blocks to buy you some time.

You forgot to mention bl00dy Hippy's, but I don't think that'll bother John...Actual, he'll probably blend in as he's putting around in a jazzed up version of the Kombi Van.

Oh, Did I mention hills, hills....F$%k3N hills.

Well you don't need the water companies in to fill up your water tanks. Don't go out Terry's way his dogs bark all night.

They're Dingo's and wild dogs Jack! All escaped from Daryl Schaffer's old place over the HILL. (Don't you remember Jack?) lol

Yeah, I'd believe that John...as you need plenty of the sh1t after a day on the water, to keep your catch cold.
