And there it is...you mentioned it

Two-turn races can be messy unless you are in front at the first turn. Many times the best dog doesn't win.

The one-turn dogs are the true test of speed and class....that's it how it was, that's how it is and that's how it will be, in Australia at least.....in my humble opinion

Dolly Mac is returning soon , she has the potential to win a group race for sure , her trial and race times are unbelievable also , she is also a exciting greyhound to watch . Of Pindaris Breeding future if he was retired tomorrow , I would still use him and so would most . Someone did offer 500 k not so long back for him . Cheers Luke Anderson .

You'd have to take it no matter how good your dog is. We all remember how the last fastest dog on earth went at stud more or less due to lack of numbers more than anything else. This was after being retired with a million dollar offer on the table

Pindari Express vs Aston Kimetto over the 472 at Bulli would be a dream match race

I don't think $500k changes your life too much especially with house prices in Sydney. Tracey has now trained and owns a multiple TR holder, something most of us will only ever dream of.

They did race together in St Ledger at Warragul a few starts back with Aston getting the chocolates.
Fair to say both Greyhounds have improved since then.

She is a super bitch as well.

The times she has posted as a young greyhound with limited starts put her right into Group class.

Shepparton 25.02, The Meadows 29.78....hope she comes back to her brilliant best

It came up in conversation with the person who people think made the offer. They told me a different number. I guess them and the dogs owners only know. Its a big number either way and I would have accepted. But it also means nothing in the scheme of things. If the dogs win some top class races he will have a chance at stud, if not he will be a fast dog that wins a lot of races.

I think this dog and his half brother Ando's Mac are the two best stud prospects I have seen since Fernando Bale and Dyna Double One did the rounds

I have no idea how they will go at stud myself but I am very interested in why you hold this opinion?

For mine, I could rattle off a number of dogs gone to stud since the Champions Fernando Bale and Dyna Double One that you mentioned.

No knock on these two very fast half brothers, they are faster than anything I have had anything to do with. And odds are I won't get one like them.

I just find it an interesting opinion and am curious as to why?

I know but like you have said they've both improved, Pindari Express was already a freak but seems to have found another 3 gears and Aston Kimettos 1 turn form is absolutely nuts, he's come from miles back and beaten absolute Jets like Orson Allen and Dyna hunter, hopefully they meet again in the Bulli Cup heats or final and they both get a clear run

Tracey Cruse stated in The Dogs article written by Jeff Collerson recently that she was offered 100k for the dog.

The reason being is that Brooks Doll has shown she can throw pups with high speed and a lot of guts in the chase

He is the fastest one turn dog I have seen since Black Magic Opal and El Grand Senor (ironically the sire of Ando's Mac)

Also I believe their bloodlines are highly compatible to a high number of the current pool of bitches, but that is just my opinion

But you are right there are also a number of outstanding young dogs that have gone to stud recently

Aston Dee Bee, Out Of Range, Kong Zinzan Brooke

To come is probably Aston Kimetto, Orson Allen, My Redeemer, Hecton Bale, Vanderworp, Burn One Down, Rippin Sam etc etc

Then there are new ones with pups breaking in like Unlawful entry, Blazin Bomber, Moreira (some pups have started and won) and I have sure to have missed a few

Unfortunately all of them won't get their full opportunity due to reduced breeding numbers

I guess it just comes down to an opinion and whatever floats your boat

Its not the first time I have mentioned this and people have not believed it . All good , it means nothing to me or affects me what so ever what people choose to believe or say . I was just stating what I was told by the person who made the offer and this person has no need to lie to me either . It is a little disappointing though that people must think I am dis honest or a story teller . Cant wait to watch him again in group company . Cheers Luke .

I almost feel sorry for connections of Pindari Express. With it almost being a guarantee that any top shelfers will be at meadows while the bulli cup is run, if he wins it's because he didn't take on any top quality and if he loses he couldn't even win the cup without any Victorians in it. He's on a hiding to nothing.

And regarding the offers being received. No one will know the real numbers and it's really no ones business other than the owners. Personally whether it was 100k or 500k I'd take it. And the no one can look after the dog like me is a bit of a weak excuse because no ones mistreats their dogs let alone such a big investment.
