Looking for people's opinions on which sire to use on this bitch CLICK HERE I was thinking

Ronan Izmir CLICK HERE Or
Zinzan Brooke CLICK HERE
Also I breed to keep a couple and sell the rest. So what is your opinion on a price and saleability?
Thank you

Both sires carry Just The Best in the lines who nicks exceptionally well with El Grand Senor, so from that angle both would be suitable

EGS also nicks ok with Collision/Token Prince lines as well which are also contained in Ronan Izmir

As far as outcross sires are concerned EGS also has an ongoing nick happening with Fortified Speed & Fortress

Solve the Puzzle is beautifully sex-balanced in Zinzan Brooke

On the balance, with the STP line breeding to provide hard chase, I would play to Just The Best with the outcross and use Zinzan Brooke

But either would be suitable

I like your thinking Luke whichever way you decide (prob option 2 just ever so slightly for me).

Also along the same lines, have you considered Unlawful Entry?

Agree in that shes a litter sister to a high quality animal and thats definitely a reason why I would breed with her too and Im not saying she was a complete slug. Clearly not but only a short courser and fabio is doing a magnificent job of upgrading these types of bitches and leaving strong 500m pups on the ground!

Hi Luke

Pindari express by expert pedigree analysis, has been said that its make up could be explained through her dam line back to little Denver which and I'm pathetic with the scientific or pedigree analysis terminology, but it highlights and recreates the intensity of your dam line covering it with fabregas dam line !which then created pindari .
Here it is highlighted

CLICK HERE

Your bitch has him in exactly the same spot , coincidentally your bitch is by el grand senor , and litter has produced a star , which in comparison to pindari ,her dam also went to el grand and produced andos Mac
If you were going to give her a chance at the breeding caper do it with a proven sire first , if zinzan turns out to be dud at stud you have not learnt anything about your brood! Expensive $40k unanswered question
Let others find out the answer with zin Zan

CLICK HERE
It also has the double of awesome assasin which I also believe is proving a lethal double

Unproven short course bitch $1500-$2500
Crap market

Good luck bud

I'm with Nathan, Fabregas for mine.

Unproven bitch x Unproven sire = $2000 in this market if you're lucky, to fabregas I could see you fetching $3000 comfortably.

In saying that, you've had much more experience with Fabregas than I have, do you believe his traits will compliment your girl?

I really like the Zinzan Brooke mating.
My 2nd pick would be Elite State.

I don't think you would have a problem selling them given your bitch's successful damline......and the fact she comes from a good litter.

I imagine they'd be worth around the 3K mark......

Problem Nathan is that if no one uses unproven sires, how do they get proven?

It's easy to try and think you can recreate a wheel with proven sires, many have tried and many have failed and still will

I like the comparison to Pindari Express from a ped perspective Nathan, thats a good pick up by you, however the resultant Fantasy Fortune was worth replicating as a racer whilst the other tho a prolific dam, grandam etc., may not have had the wheels of a Fantasy Fortune. If you were breeding for a future dam I'm all for it for this line, but for an immediate racer, going to a son or grandson of Elite State seems logical due to CLICK HERE also being from the same damline.

Thinking of breeding like you have here Nathan means that you can proceed confidently whether the sires are proven or unproven as you are trying to replicate a successful niche with the same damline, the sires no matter who they are, only carry the damlines with that vital niche you are after. That's why the better breeders appear fearless at times going to an unproven sire, but when you look more closely, when they go unproven which is quite often with some of them, it's more a very calculated gamble than being fearless. Cheers.

Only prob is there is less than 12 straws left and using a straw like that on a unproven bitch is suicide
