Well a very interesting day today. He is definitely a scammer ( I have proof of several people all over Australia) Positive thing is that my money should be returned tomorrow.

Yep thats him its all real and its huge........ he is running for cover but have exposed this guy and my lose is absolutely tiny compared to what I and and others have found out

These scams are vicious and I'm very sorry you were targeted. Just reading your posts here and on facebook and thought I might offer an observation. It is quite possible (and likely) that he is using a stolen ID, a fraudulently opened bank account and spoofing the phone number he is calling from. Unfortunately, I think you may have fallen victim to a well orchestrated crime syndicate rather than an individual named Darren (who may also be a victim here).

Facts: it is his real name and photo He has stolen thousands of dollars of people. He called me twice yesterday ( saying he will pay back my money today) He went into the Dubbo police station to complain about my text msgs I have sent him I called the Dubbo police also and spoke to the same officer who spoke to Darren ( I gave him the truthful side of the story)

the money he paid you back he probably stole from someone else. He is a grub and the police should be involved in getting moneys back .what he is doing is fraud cops should be able to do some thing they must have some details since he left a complaint at a station ??
