To the untrained breeder, this also is understandable & fair...But to the experienced breeder that has proven results, expert advice I'd believe would have already been met.

What a shame that the same strict guidelines and concern has never been shown for the HUMAN species......just imagine how much better certain parts of the country and bureaucracy itself would be ....
...Breeding...in any species is NOT an exact science...Despite the so called experts.
