Hi All,

I've recently purchased a bitch out of the repeat litter of Kinloch Brae x Absolute Stunna. The first Litter through Ring The Bell, Bells are Ringing and Blazin Bomber to name a few.

Thought I'd reach out for some advice and different opinions on possible mating options for my bitch. I've already had alot of interest in the purchase of her pups when I eventually get her to the breeding barn.

Some of the options I like for her include.

Banjo Boy
Bewildering
Dyna Double One
Fernando Bale

Look forward to everyones different ideas.

Cutting Edge looks good also and you have some time to see how he throws.

Black magic opal or lighting frank (depending on your budget) would have to be right up there

Having had a fair bit to do with that dam line I'd suggest waiting a bit to see her true racing style, although you probably already know it from her trials. At this point in time, it appears she has good box manners and reasonable early pace and time will tell if she's got the strength to go with it.

The dogs produced by that dam line are generally strong over 500m and from what I can see she might be the same, so I'd be adding early pace and chase to help keep her towards the front of the pack early.

On pedigree alone I'd be looking to breed back to her Aussie lines and the main strengths in those lines, with Black Magic Opal being a no-brainer, given its proven crosses, with the bonus that it adds the traits you should be after, and the latter should be the number one priority.

From your picks, FB is the standout.

Really appreciate your feedback and knowledge Graeme. So far she has shown a lot of early pace and time will only tell how strong she is. I wasnt sure if there were many BMO straws available so didnt really consider him but his pedigree really does suit her line.

Hi Harrison. I am sure you are the young fella I spoke to some years ago. I see you asked me a question on another topic so thought I might as well answer on this.

Yes the banjo litter to the sister has some ability. Predecessor looks a nice bitch in the making, up and about has already run 29.48 at sandown and better dream was said to be the best of them but has some injury problems I think. There were only four in the litter.

Kinloch bitches to banjo have so far done really well. I think this is the second litter only it has been done. The first was the high eden frost litter so something is working.

Good luck whatever you do.

You have a beautifully bred bitch.

Best

Hi Andrew,

Yes we spoke when I was a young teenage bloke following my grandparents footsteps.

Yes a really handy litter, my girl is only 25kg like bells are ringing and banjo boy has thrown some strength and size into this litter which I really like.

How do we purchase a straw for banjo boy and how much is he currently?

Appreciate your advice. Hope you are well.

Regards
HS
