A beautiful looking 37kg dog that floated over the ground a magnificent athlete. He was part of a litter that was probably the best litter ever bred and included a Irish Oaks winner, Scottish Derby winner, Puppy Derby winner, English Derby winner, English Derby 3rd place, these races by individual littermates.
Wildcat ran 43 races and won 27 of them. All races were in open class. He won The Owners discussed retiring him but decided to defend his English Derby 2018 win a feat only 6 greyhounds have ever done in 100 years in Greyhound Racing history.
Unfortunately he was injured during the semi final race and finishing 4th after being a clear second going into the 3rd bend. He would have qualified for the final had that injury not occurred and would have been favourite or second favourite to lift the trophy in the final.
Anyway thats dog racing. He had exceptional early pace rarely led to the first bend, back straight pace also exceptional, and stayed well. When he led not many dogs could run him down
Its to bad his dad has struggled over here see what his son has to offer.

Fair call Trent it is interesting to see such a highly rated dog from a sire who some say failed at Stud ..
The same could be said about Brett Lee he come from a average Sire at the time .. in Gun Law Osti and this happened when GLO was 9 years of age so when Brett Lee hit the track GLO was 11 years old ....
Waverly Supreme
Kelso Fussiler
I could name a few more Great sirelines that have flopped at some point but you will find even the Great Temlee's Sire Tivoli Chief was a flop ...
Fantastic damline alright...the direct line to Skipping Chick

I saw in April 2018 he was 400 pound which equates to $712 Au at the moment and I'd dare say hes gone up in price and you have associated importing cost etc but if he was $1500 here that would equate to 842 pound,it all depends what he is over there and how much of a cut the AUS middle man would want.

Agree Ballymac Vic litters in Aus. looked short on stamina and some were not great athletic dogs to look at. He's well respected in Ireland. If you look at 80s and 90S stars in Australia they almost all had some Irish outcross.

Craigie Mo Town will be remembered for being the Sire of Kinloch Brae full stop !!!!! Wildcat a great Racer but too many flops since Spiral Nikita and Premier Fantasy from Ireland for my liking !!!!! Irish throw chase but way to many cant run 500 imo !!!!
