Having had a complete break from the dogs for a few years l cannot believe all the vacant boxes here in Victoria,
I have not done any research into what has happened ( shortage of dogs) l am feeling my way back into the sport, do not know if that is a wise move, is the sport sustainable? interested in peoples thoughts.

Kev,

Read the Annual Reports then divide by the number you first thought of. Otherwise, there are scads of comments under various headings on this site.

You don't say what you do but you should do research first, not last?

One bright spark said if there are fewer dogs and the money remains the same then you have a better chance of profits.

Hi Kevin, long time no talk. If you are going training again, you have an awful lot to catch up on first ! Best of luck.

Hello Carole, l hope that you and Graham are well, l am testing the water at the moment, l have been breeding and training harness horses for some time now but getting too bloody old for it now,

my better half,s health has not been great of late, so l intend to sell up and move back to suburbia and be closer to family and doctors,

so as not to go completely mad l was thinking of training a couple of dogs out of the backyard, some are telling me that if l go back into dogs l am already there haha..

l rang the grv to discuss reapplying for my licence l have to go back to school hehe, l think they are going teach me how to pick up dog poop..

little wonder Trump and Brexit are so popular.

I watched the interview with Allan Clayton on " The Catching Pen", vacant boxes arent worry as everything is looking hunky dory, he couldn't be wrong could he?

Pete,
One thing l have learned in life is that you cannot fix a problem if you do not believe you have one.
