My Dads in the process of adopting an ex-racer from the RSPCA. I took photos of his tattoos, but theres nothing listed on the database that remotely matches him.
Name: Yogi Colour: White and Black Gender: Male DoB: 2015 or 2016 Tattoo: RQ OBI. could be QBI
Any help would be appreciated please. TIA Trace

The earmarks mean that the dog is Irish bred.
You could try ringing the Irish Coursing Club - the number for namings and pedigrees is +353 52 6188505
