If he was still available I would suggest Definite Opinion, as it brings together litter mates True Honcho and Shes So Special in the bottom lines. In his absence his son Good News looks a good match.

Another to consider is Eden The Kid. He seems to be crossing well with bitches carrying Head Honcho lines plus you have the added advantage of crossing Westmead Hawk line with Larkhill Jo and a double x of Sobbing Sal in the mix.

Keith,
I hope you understand there was no malice intended with my post. As we all know its a very expensive game breeding although equally exciting. I know i personally have bred second litters when in truth i knew in my heart of hearts it was probably wasnt the right decision.
The pride you feel seeing your own litter grow is fantastic and as such its always attempting to breed, but sometimes i feel its better to let your head rule your heart.
Best of luck with whichever route you choose. Our views may differ but as long as our love for the game continues, so does our sport.

mark i didnt think there was any malice in your post, fully understand your view on a 2nd litter but she was a good bitch for us and think she might be worth another go crossing with different lines

I remember being told that one of the big Irish breeders would always have 2 litters from a bitch and I think that is a fair compromise as there are so many variables that might not have been right with the first litter in addition to the choice of stud dog.

Should have also mentioned that in your position I would also mate her to one of the top stud dogs rather than an unproven one. Good luck.

Hi Keith. What a wonderful girl she has been......back again , doing good times. Can understand why you would want to go again. For me the second offspring of Slip The Lark have been uninspiring, and thats a view to really think about moving forward. Dont have an option, but do think you need to double up L/Joe. Will fly her past my Aussie Guru. Good to see her winning for you Happy Xmas Kev
