He said every species evolved from a single cell. Its been proven to be false.

As for his conclusion that the strongest survive, can you honestly look at the current generation, who are terrified of getting a flu, who get offended at everything, who can't fight unless they have 6 of their mates to back then up, and cannot survive 1 hour without their smart phone.
Now compare that to just over 100 years ago, when 15yo boys were pretending to be 18yo boys, just to enlist in the army and fight for their country. The same boys who left school at 13 to go wood cutting or shearing.
I think the strongest have died off.

And although putting Fernando Bale over a group winning bitch will get you $15,000 for a pup, it's no guarantee they will be any faster than any other pup.

brilliant post- we are no ways the equal of the people 100 years ago-4 live out of 16- fight in 2 wars- become miollionaires out of nothing etc

Just noticed this. Unless you are a creationist Darwin's theory is the best we have and will ever know.

So is breeding inside the square simply using a proven high priced sire and breeding outside the square using a left field sire? Or it there more to this new breeding theory?

Its more you can achieve the same thing from alternative paths. Plenty of examples in this topic to show that!

Little Denver and Frosty Friday

Worth Doing / Farmer Wilson / Chicago Blue / Rapid Journey

Then you have different price points: Fernando Bale ($6-9,000), Black Magic Opal (P.O.A), Fabregas ($2500-3300) ALL carrying Awesome Assassin and Head Honcho in their dams When all 3 mated bitches carrying Big Daddy Cool they produced Group 1 class...

Tommy Shelby, Slingshot Hammer (Fernando Bale)

True Detective (Black Magic Opal)

No donuts, Pindari Express, Shes Gifted (Fabregas)

Heres an interesting alternative to Fernando Bale - EXTERNAL LINK

US sIre (carrying same key ingredients) over a brood carrying Primo Uno, Awesome Assassin, Head Honcho and same distant Irish lines! ALL the key ingredients behind the success of Fernando Bale at stud!

As this topic has shown a dog like Perfect Marshall could easily sire G1 winners, just like Fernando Bale...because he can match pedigrees the same as Fernando Bale does!!

Would be very interesting to see a bitch carrying Big Daddy Cool go to Perfect Marshall...see if he could do the same as Fernando Bale, Black Magic Opal and Fabregas above....

I do agree with your theory but to me KB and KF don't have much in common.

Simon - you have to look a lot harder than just the red colour...they correlate very well with each other - EXTERNAL LINK

Not too mention the correlation with the dams - Primo Uno, Awesome Assassin, Head Honcho...like Irish genes...

Perfect Marshall offers a great alternative to Fernando Bale.

Worm Burner has similar characteristics, but nowhere near as close to Fernando Bale as Perfect Marshall! But, good find...Worm Burner has hit some targets early days at stud!

Not just Sennachie shows the correlation between Kelsos Fusileer and Kinloch Brae, but Farmor Beach does as well - EXTERNAL LINK

Sennachie and Farmor Beach arguably Fernando Bales two fastest offspring...

Fair to say Pat Dalton was the leader of the breed...blending the major countries bloodlines together before anyone thought about it??

Whelped in 2019 by a sire whelped in 2001.

Ive mentioned elsewhere on Data the cross between Fabregas and Big Daddy Cool produces 32% city winners to pups born. In comparison #1 sire Fernando Bale produces 20% city winners to pups born to any random blood.

This one looks likely to win in the city in the not to distant future...

Tonight Crawl adds to the list of 32% city winners with the cross of Fabregas and Big Daddy Cool. With a 29.98 win at Wentworth Park.

Very happy to have 6 x 4 week old males with this cross!
