Hi. Is choosing the right stud dog best to go for a proven that you favour (aero majestic that I like) or choose a stud because of his bloodline/ line breeding? If so how do I learn about the linebreeding cross? The bitch in question Im looking to breed from in the future is Ballycoe candy and I think trendy Leigh or skywalker rafa for the line breeding. Thanks Matt

Thanks for your reply. Fear emoski throw some of the best dogs in the uk when mated to kilnoch brae, thats why my bitches mum from Brett lee x fear emoski was mated to kinloch. Ice on fire is at stud and thats got the Brett lee / honcho line. Can they be too much Brett lee in the recent generations?

Good call Trent. I don't know much about the damline, but those dam sires are a who's who of sires over this millennium.

Thanks for the conversation guys. Droopys Buick looks good to add the Irish line back, and he did sire the Irish 2020 derby champ. Wonder if Aston lee straws are available her. Wonder if they can be shipped over for storing for sale ?

Newinn Taylor/ love that dog- I had decent anti post bet. But hes unproven and Buick was his sire and throws top dogs. I prefer pestana though if I was going for a risk. To be honest in Ireland your spoilt for choice in elite stud dogs
