Girl nearing retirement due to continuing tearing chest muscle during race from day one & has had only 40 odd starts last 2 years because of it.
Best not seen of her as we could not keep her together to race at 600 & 700 m.
I have no doubt she could run 34.7 at the 600 at Albion Park & at 700 ???.
She was the most clean winded racer I have ever experienced in my 45 years involvement. Would come out of the catching pen looking to go again.

Although she is a beautiful structured 28kg tall & long that is the weakness that has to be addressed by the sire & although she could run a 25 sec Ipswich 431m her first section was her downfall.

Perfect natured bitch.

Yes she picked up tickets but in every case she pulled up with severe chest tears.

I personally like Zambora Brockie who I have just used on Vidi Vici but Ritzy Lenny I thought was a good second pick.

Thanks Graham, his credentials speak for themself looks good but would prefer a proven sire for her early litters were there is some reports on the make up of his pups to address her issue.

Simon thanks he is certainly a high speed well bred dog but with only 23 starts to his name & the problem my girl has I couldnt consider him for the first couple of litters.

Her longs legs genes is probably from EGS. ( Do not worry ) Please note you will have a new track 24 months away so those dogs that are not built for Ipswich/ / Albion will be more suited.
Great temperament, laid back type is my guess, thats Surf Lorien.

Thanks Mick, I know Barcia was the bees knees but he is not for me although I did use Aston Dee Bee on Vidi Vicis previous litter & happy with those pups.

The 2nd options son of the sister puts a cat amongst the pigeons.

Has anyone got litters out of a injured prone bitch that has thrown big strong structural sound racers.

Cyril
Looking at your Bloodline i see there has been no new Outcrossed DNA for 6 generations
There is a range of Sires to suit your brood but as you say you need good bone structure to add that percent you are missing from your bloodline ..

Look to a Quarter or Half outcross sire or full outcross Sire that also give you what you need inbreeding wise but also gives you longevity and soundness required to enhance what you already have ..

You are value adding by introducing a totally different DNA strain into your good Aussie based Bloodline.

Thanks Kevin, appreciate ur input & yes Im not about doubling up the Wheres Pedro/ Brett Lee its all about soundness.
I am quite happy if she alone puts 80% of her ability into each pup, totally satisfied with that just want to do the best I can to give them the body structure to handle it Better then she has.

You only need then the 1 percenters ...
What she has is all that you need so why not introduce longevity as you say and so far we have seen what the USA bloodline can do whereas the Irish and English blood seems saturated with speed alone but very little longevity like Aussie dogs where 5 to 10 years ago IMO ..

I would look to a USA top end for longevity with a combo of irish English Aussie all infusing at about 60 to 75 percent range .

I could list a lot of sires who fit but in the end it is a decision you will make sometimes its best to go with your heart not your head because in the end no one has come up with the perfect breeding process or formulas ..
