I would very much like to learn how to understand the test mating feature.

>The most important things to look for
>How close is too close in terms of sires etc on both sides
etc etc

Is there anything I can google that will give me a guide to what I should be looking for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

regards

Maureen

if you mirror Amron Boy's ped https:/ CLICK HERE i.e., put Miami Fernando's brother over Zambora Brockie's sister the nick between 2nd dam Chloe Allen and Trendy Leigh https:/ CLICK HERE becomes apparent from a linebreeding perspective. It ends up being that Chloe Allen carries individuals in her pedigree that are duplicated in Trendy Leigh's pedigree at approx 94% within 6 gens. Happy to explain the nos if someone wants me to go into detail.

I realise it can be complex but if you can follow the thought process, it's just Tesio all over again - reintroducing an extremely high percentage of Trendy Leigh thru different individuals into the same line Trendy Leigh was successful with previously resulting in stayer Shireen's Habit https:/ CLICK HERE .

It can be a great way to linebreed strength and Amron Boy has plenty of it. Cheers.

See if you can follow this Maureen. Any problems click on my name and give me a call if you wish.
