From a pedigree perspective RT's carries littermates Angola and Gambling Fever in the x path to Friend Westy and Miss Gorgeous, so if the brood bitch carries full blood relation Sand Man also in the x path, which can be common in Aus peds, it in turn gives up at least a triple cross in the x path for the mating that resulted in for example Hannele Bale https:/ CLICK HERE . Sand Man in x comes into play through Primo Uno's ped in Hannele Bale's dam Winnie Allen's pedigree.

Hi Ryan ,
That's very interesting , breeding back to Sand Man / multiplying his influence in pedigrees was a regular pattern of breeding by Late Paul Wheeler as most of the best dogs he bred have multiple Sand Man in them & is what I look at in the pedigrees of the testmatings I do as I'm a fan of that breeding pattern.

Hi Branko,

That's the first I'd heard of that. I'll chk it out. Thx for the info.

My observation isn't so much about Sand Man but his dam Miss Gorgeous whereby her x chromosome may have been received by Hannele Bale thru either littermates Angola(xx) & Gambling Fever(xy) in RT's dams ped & thru Sand Man(xy) in Winnie Allen's ped.

If you were to locate Angola & Gambling Fever in RT's dam's ped and their full blood relation Sand Man in Winnie Allen's ped, you can follow Miss Gorgeous' x chromosome from them to Hannele Bale. The x chromosome can't pass thru 2 males consecutively on it's way to the litter(Hannele Bale) it's not genetically possible, keeping in mind all males are xy and all females xx. Cheers and thx again.

Oh ok , in regards to late Paul Wheeler breeding back to Sand Man is something I noticed myself when looking through the pedigrees of his best race dogs & bitches , I'll have a look at RT's pedigree & the pedigree of my broodies to see if they have that pattern in their pedigrees , it's very interesting mate.
