Are there many dogs racing with a double cross of the GOAT Fernando Bale?

I can't see any in the top 2nd offspring female for FB, but I can't imagine there would be that many racing yet.

i think a female who has a 3 x cross of fernando would be a good match for solid outcroos sire

The minute Amron Boy goes to stud. With all his outcrossed pedigree, plenty will be doing 2x3 Fernando. Wont take that long to see it in action.

The reason I ask is because a good mate of mine whats to do this.

https:/ CLICK HERE

I understand historically the 3 x 2 Cross of Temlee was incredibly successful with Ginger, New Tears, the litter of the Century etc. This would be 2 x 3 to FB, I know but it's a similar cross. She is not very genuine at all. I thought a hard chasing Barcia Bale son would be a better option. I've already discussed the huge risks involved using this bitch and he thinks she deserves a litter. She has publicly trialled sub 30 at Albion Park and has a huge motor, but lacks that focus. Opinions?

Look at Love To Rock 5 starts 0-0-0, but still ran Rich 30.87 plodding along. Shes a litter sister to My Bro Fabio and the dam of Melbourne Cup finalist Matt Machine. So, Haras Harley deserves a litter for sure.

Better matings for her than Tommy! A quick look and the likes of Hooked On Scotch and Sunset Spitfire look ok.

If she has good ability but lacks focus I'd be going to Bernardo or Beast Unleashed. Something with a bit of a vigor to counteract whatever is making her bludge at times

Id be waiting or asking about Amron Boy or something similar. It may work with a double on the sire line but would think it may work better being sex balanced as Trent has pointed out. It seems the Kinloch Brae factor in Amron Boy and Sennachie could also be a major player. As youve pointed out before Dixie maybe he shouldnt be breeding with a bitch like that, similar to Rons bitch ,remember , although I didnt agree with you then. I still have a Royal Assassin straw if hes interested. Lol. Just joking mate. If hes keen and can afford it then go for it. She does have a nice dam line that has produced well in the past. I thought I was your only mate. Disappointing. All the best. Cheers

Even though I'm dubious about this bitch. She would pick up and carry Ron's bitch, both on ability and pedigree. Haven't you flushed that RA FS down the drain yet? Apologies for cheating on you with another mate like this, Worthy.

Cant you just be a little bit nice now and then. What did you think of my breeding advice. Not as good as Darrens or anyone else. Fair suck of the GOAT mate. Not worried that youre having an affair but I never thought youd cheat on me. Cheers

I had the same thinking as Darren, by using a Barcia Bale sireline dog. Which would be very concerning for him I sure.

I do like Trent's and your idea of the through the middle cross of Fernando Bale.

So glad to hear you are comfortable with our open mate relationship.

You could probably look at it a different way and go a step back and use a very fast hard chasing and proven son of Kelso's Fusileer

Vanderworp would fit the bill for her

His Bendigo Cup win was outstanding

https:/ CLICK HERE
Again it all depends on whether you are breeding commercially or for yourself as well any other factors that affect the mating like size, temperament etc

https:/ CLICK HERE
Both of his Group performers, Manzu & Ready For Magic, carry Spiral Nikita and doses of Awesome Assassin which are present in your friends bitch

Its a bit out of left field, but no guts, no glory

Thanks for the ideas everyone. Looks like he is going with the best 2 pedigree planners in the country, by going to Hooked On Scotch. He was tempted by Jungle Deuce and Shima Shine, but the fact that HOS is "more proven" he is going that way.

She is going to be staying with me and I'll be whelping her down. Can't tell you how much I've missed that side of the game. The last few years I haven't been able to be very involved with the dogs, because I moved to Wagga to be the primary carer for my parents. But it's great to be back in the game.

When you actually start doing some hands on Greyhound work come and see me. At the moment, you are just another arm chair expert dog bum

We have bred Group winners and Group 1 finalists, you've got nothing

I'm not taking sides, but why provoke? Paul and his mate are literally going with Darren's suggestion in Hooked On Scotch

Matt, how about you quote my first comment on this topic and show me where its provocative ffs!!
Then, show some decency and post comments this legend has made that are provocative.
Its only fair ;)
