I can hear the cogs of the Puppy Factory grinding out pups as we speak. Ant, if you aren't a Puppy Factory Breeder I don't know who is ;-)

The slave-driving Managers insisted we amp-up production, as productivity was waning ... They were being leaned on heavily by Head Office overseas, after all.
The poo picker-uppers from Fruckstein were also rallying for a payrise, and were threatening strike action through the Poo Picker-Upper's Federation (referred to as 'POOF' for short).
We have a great system going now, anyway. You pop the broodies which are on season on a conveyor belt, one after the other (backsides all facing in one direction), with product from various sires chosen purely at random at the ready at various points along the line. It is then "administered" with 'frozen inserters' (resembling long, silver fire-stokers), that are thrust forward and backward at varying intervals, until one finally 'hits the target'.
Of course, that has added an extra cost, as we need to check which sire is eventually used ... so DNA is a must.
We have now even been forced to microchip our products ... Shonky imports from overseas started to threaten the quality of our local product.
Business is business, after all! But the factory is alive & well ... don't even need to send in the canaries these days ... the air quaility is pretty good out that way ;-)
Ps - I am thinking of engaging the services of an overseas-based Call Centre to handle all sales leads & enquiries!!!

My own birthday is on the 31st (New Years Eve) ... you never know. Maybe even the pair of them due around that time (Eve & Lilly) might go then, eh?! ;-)
Many thanks for the well-wishes, guys ... As you can appreciate, I put a lot of time & effort into the planning, so hopefully we'll be rewarded with some nice, healthy litters, and then see the results take off on the racetrack in 2013 and thereafter!
Cheers,
The Wad

Really like that match up Kerry. Did you deliberately choose a sire to sex balance line breed Walkabout Sid and Ginger 4x4 or was it more that you just liked the cross/velocette.

Thanks Steven,
Well i loved Velocette as a race dog and i loved his breeding and it just went so nicely over the bitches lines. Hopefully all goes well and should know in a week or 2 if the mating was successful.
