Thanks John, it shows how true the old proverb about good things come to those who wait. My partner and I have raced many greyhounds previously with moderate success (we also race Black Mandagery)who is also by Mandagery Man out of Passionate Black, who is a full blood sister to Elitism. This is our first foray into breeding. John is a master trainer and a great bloke

Very excited couple of guys tonight, we have just bred, owned, and raced our first city winner. Run Nitro Run showed lots of guts to rail up,take some knocks and win by 2 3/4 lengths at Cannington. Thanks to all who had anything to do with this dog, we're rapped

Gotcha Coota (Mogambo-Gotcha Covered) won her Maiden tonight at Albion Park (520m),running 30.61s.Kept 2 bitches from this litter, this girl and one as yet unraced, hoping they might be worth breeding on with. The litter are going great so far with Gotcha Back,Jimmy Butterfly and now Gotcha Coota already winning at Albion Park.Congratulations to our trainer George Hagicostas, great job mate.Another from the litter,Moss Gambo, made the final of the recent Bundaberg Young Guns and his connections think he will make a handy stayer. Great to have a winner. Cheers Bert CLICK HERE

Great job Bert. I remember discussing the litter with you all that while ago, and as Sandro said it's terrific to see you enjoying the success.
Keep up the good work! :-)

Thanks guys,I appreciate the kind wishes.Hopefully the best is yet to come.Don't know if I'd train one again but it's great to be breeding the odd litter and racing a couple.Really enjoying it. I think the last winner I trained was Miss Bouchard (Slater's grandmother)...Now that's going back a while. Regards Bert.

After You (Collision-Aunty Vick) won at Albion Park yesterday giving our syndicate's good race bitch Aunty Vick her 1st winner from her 1st litter. Ran a handy 19.22 BOD too.
Massive thanks to our trainer Shane Staples. He traveled from Casino to trial her after the Wednesday races each of the last two weeks, getting home around 1:00 am. 6 hour round trip for less than 20 seconds of trial time!

Morning light by Taylor's reunion running 17.81 in BOD third start is proving to be paying divedends to her two kiwi owners who on a city trainers advice thought with her being a quick bitch that may not get 500 yet could run 400 would be suited in another location and the fact that she chased hard and had no vices to speak of the kiwi owners paid their thirds of her air fare to get her over and she has rewarded them! By all reports she would have won on tab tracks over here but good to see owners from other states and country's investing in our nsw dogs and benefitting!
Well done to all involved and I'm hopeful there will be more to come!
