Towards the end of 2016 General Destini (Kansas) sadly passed away. We were devastated to lose such a terrific dog, companion and character. Always so sad to say goodbye..
So we have extra reasons to celebrate when pups from his litters show talent for their owners.
The General Destini Summer Classic over 512m will again be held at Mt Gambier, heats Friday 3 Feb, $3,000 Final plus General Destini vial on Sunday 12 Feb. Nominations close Monday 30 Jan 2017 @ 9:00am (SA time) with GRSA.

Congratulations to Hutch (Premier Fantasy X Cairnlea Ellie) and Portland owner/trainer Robert Halliday on winning the 2017 General Destini Summer Classic held at Mt Gambier on Sunday.
There's a very good write-up on the Mt Gambier website with special mention of the astute breeder of Hutch's litter, Peter Hubbard, who sadly passed away at the end of 2016.

Our first General Destini pup to have a win! Destini Cheetah.
He was an "only child" in a litter to our older American girl Greys Lemon Ice and was more than a little spoilt growing up. Had a bit of a setback when he first started his career, but a couple of months later was ready to fire.
