I wouldn't change your mind either - Blake looks potentially a very nice match. Agree with Lynda's suggestion.

Category 1 winner last night from this mating - Crossfield Molly in the Lowther Stakes - nice to look back on the post now...breeding still the most exciting part for me

We had new pups born yesterday, 3 dogs & 4 bitches - CLICK HERE Thriller & pups all doing well.

Definitely the most exciting part of being involved in greyhounds for me.

Studying bloodlines on GData opens it all up, choosing your bitch, choosing your sire and seeing how it goes. Its like having a big bet without the bookie !

The above mating was easy to go with when you look at the quality Blackstone Gene produced when mated to Thrillers mother (Rayvin Giovanni) and full sister (Ashford Castle)

For all the colour 'gurus' out there - she had blacks, dark brindles, blue brindle and blue. Be interested to hear where ye think those influences are coming from as the whole topic of colour inheritance has me stumped ???

Her previous litter of six to Ace Hi Rumble in March 2013 were five blacks and one blue.

Brilliant to be honest.

Molly went to a top class set up from day one in the Crossfield kennels. Produce loads of top class dogs there.

We have lovely 8 month Headbounds at home out of Thrill now so all good.

Central City next up for her CLICK HERE - hope for another one as good, same cross as Droopys Nine & Aimnfire so fingers crossed

Thriller after coming in season today - suggestions welcome.
Daughter of Droopys Sporty by Westmead Hawk, making her a full sister to Droopys Laramie.

All I was thinking is that Thrill has been to others but her sister Laramie produced to ace high rumble so it must work but didn't the first time Thrill went to him so maybe a son of his?
I'm an advocate of looking and using the sons of the great sires as they won't be around for ever even with frozen vials. Good Luck.

The Blackstone Gene litter look the best preformed. Cloughtaney would give you a very similar balanced cross.

Just after collecting Thrill from Droopys Stud after doing this mating - CLICK HERE

She is dam of two Group 1 winners in Wuheida (UK Oaks) and Crossfield Molly (Lowther Stakes) already.

Fingers crossed for a healthy whelping for her & pups...then pick a nice bitch to keep for breeding in the future...Westmead Flight, Droopys Fergie, Little Diamond Uk, Droopys Graf, Droopys Sporty, Droopys Mo, Droopys Thril will all be in that damline...lovely foundation...excitiing
