I have just got a phys assist ultra sound machine and im not sure how to use it in water, its made by orthosonics . I need to treat a wrist injury

Just fill a bucket, set the ultra sound to the required setting, probably but not necessarily, pulse for three minutes, put the dogs foot in the bucket and hold the ultrasound "handset" under water pointing at the wrist area to be treated without actually touching the leg. About 15mm away or an inch in old money. Don't switch on until the handset is under water. Don't let it touch the leg.
