Davos, you may have to look at his diet. Is he getting a lot of fatty food, or are you feeding him any food or milk close to a run? Bile is usually a greenish/yellowish colour and is produced to break down food. He could also have a liver problem, which could be producing too much bile for the gall bladder to store at once, when the dog is under stress.
He could also have a throat/tonsil infection, which can be easily fixed. People do bile dogs out, but it will only work on what is in the intestines at that time.
A full blood test could also sort out the problem for you. Good luck.

Check his throat and tonsils out thoroughly, Davos. Pull aside the little flap that covers each tonsil and see whether they are large, or red/ulcerated. If you feel the lymph gland, one on each side, at the underside of the lower jaw, right at the back of it, you will feel a very enlarged gland if he has a throat/tonsil infection.
The roof of the mouth and the throat can also get very red and ulcerated when an infection is present.
