In our over regulated, over the top ruling bodies I wonder if any of this was taken notice of.

I find it hard no one has any comment on this subject.
If you go to the bottom of the article and click on you might also like subjects, there are some amazing articles there as well.

With the people involved in greyhounds bleeding dollar profusely,
I thought this sought of data would be important in some sought of rebuttal of the regulations being imposed. If you read the article it states the kennel cough vaccination will do nothing, but buy your vet a Range Rover, if the Vaccination does not cover more than forty elements.

The article "why vets dont recognize dog vaccine reaction" was informative as well along with the amount of income vaccine generates for vets. Thanks for putting that up Charles

A very good friend of our family, Ann Kingston now in her eighty's has always said this, she's an International Best in Show judge for all breeds of dogs, she just gives her dog's their first shot's and that's it.

Greetings! Oisin,
Your post is very precious.
May I ask what country, Ann is from?
Your country is not shown on the left. Although your name may be a clue? - just curious.
And I would like to express that I have great respect for the no nonsense older members of the community.
People that have seen and been through a lot in time.
And more importantly their knowledge, experience and/or views - has been shared for food for thought at the very least. And also that it is not just lost.
I really enjoy reading old, short stories and also quotes that can sum it all up.
This is the good side of the internet where people can put forward their different outlooks!
And "Wow" I just like the simplicity.
Thanks for a great read, from Jeanette.

Hi Jeanette, greetings from Ireland and yes Jeanette I think my name did give it away. I see your in Australia, great country I trained there as a greyhound chiropractor and I loved every minute of it and Ann Kingston is also from Ireland. There is a lot to be said about the old ways and old traditions.
I am 3rd generation in greyhounds and my mom could tell you lots of stories about the good old days when they had natural cures for nearly everything, I remember the story about 2 sisters from the Dublin mountains that had the cure for jaundice, that cured
humans and greyhounds, they used to gather wild herb's from the mountain in summer and dried them out, then ground them into powder then mix with a little Guinness to wash them down, it worked every time, unfortunately that cure died with them, and the health benefits from Garlic is also great for dogs we give it daily to the dogs, the list is endless, all the best, Oisin.
