Kennel cough should be gone by now having said that I can remember dogs in the kennel getting it and it lasted 4 weeks...with kennel cough not much you can do only ride the storm but 1000mg ascorbic acid (vit c) every day until cough is gone a cough bottle and 10 days supply of synulox should see you right... Now another thing I would do is dose her for lung worm and dose her again in 10 days by doing that you will have every avenue covered... Hope this helps and best of luck with her stephen...
Hi Stephen just read your post. Now, this maybe a shot in the dark, but what it could be is lung worm. If your vet has not already suggested this I would try worming her out with Milbemax which treats round, hook, whip, tape and lungworms, also helps prevent heart worms. This is a very good wormer and with a vets prescription can be bought on line. From the vets it usually costs in the region of 7 pounds sterling.
