Have a bitch that is dragging her toes along the ground when she is getting walked. Two vets and 2 different diagnosis and still no better after treatment. Any ideas?

Sean, if it is both back legs it is possible that she has had some sort of head injury, as this can cause them to drag their back toes.
If it is only the one back leg, the muscles that control the lifting of the stifle, as the dog walks, can be affected, either by injury or the lower back being out of proper alignment. Try and find someone over there who can manipulate the dog's lower back, to take the pressure off any pinched nerves. Also, either massage , or use an ultrasonic machine on the hip, thigh, triangle and strip muscles running to the stifle, inside and outside. Good luck.
