Brett, doesn't seem to have a model number anywhere on the unit, just say's Veterinary Medi-Laze, with the picture of the greyhound above the word veterinary.

Sandra is it a pencil laser,I have one of these does yours come in a wooden carry case ?
Yes it does Stuart. It has the wooden box and on the unit itself has the key to turn on and power light[green] red light [active] and the dial on the right which goes up in half joule increments.
