Rob, Panacur 100 is what you use, 10ml per day for 3 days, 25 is too weak.
I worm brood bitches at week 6, but Panacur is probably the safest & best wormer on the market so for yourself at 7 weeks should be no trouble.
Worm pups at 3 weeks with 3ml for 2 days, then every 2 weeks building up the dose to a max of 10ml at 12 weeks.

Worm brood with normal dose when pups are 3 weeks old, repeat at 4 weekly spacing.

If you suspect the bitch may have worms dose for 5 days instead of 3.

Alternate wormer for all dogs over 12 weeks of age, say Panacur 1 month then Ivomec oral goat & sheep wormer 4 weeks later, correct ivomec dose is 1ml per 4 kg's body weight, dont guess weigh the dog.

If you use Panacur 25 you have to use 4 times the above dose to be effective, dont be fooled by dose rates for sheep , goats etc as dogs have a completly different system, thus the different dose rate.
You will of course have to pay more for Panacur 100, but take it from me after 30 yrs of success, its the best.

Cheers.

Robert

Whilst Panacur 100 as Pat has described is a terrific wormer,I was told to use a Jim Gannon recommended idea.Product is called Interceptor. 2 weeks before whelping and 2 weeks after.

When you use panacur do worms show in the droppings or do they dissolve . Thanks Ted.
